A four-time state qualifier, the Arlington Heights resident has done more than most Bison sprinters who came before her.  Read Story

Staff Spotlight

1. What is your name? David Haubrich

2. What department have you/do you work in and what do you do? I split time during my day between the Student Services department and the Dean's Office working with our intervention programs.

3. How long have you been working at BG? This is my 15th year at BG

4. Where did you go to high school? I am a graduate of Deerfield High School

5. What part of working at BG do you find the most rewarding? I really enjoy the positive impact we as staff can have on students on a daily basis. Looking beyond the day-to-day grind, it's special to see students grow their talents and abilities, realizing that growth, and seeing their time and efforts translating into their successes both here at BG, and beyond.  It's incredibly rewarding to see students find success as they move on to jobs and careers, starting families, and taking on active roles in their communities.
6. What is something unique about you? I am an Eagle Scout.  My experiences as a scout cultivated a passion for the outdoors and I try to visit a National Park every summer.  My hope is to check Glacier National Park in Montana off of my bucket list this summer.

7. What activities or clubs do you coach/ sponsor? I am currently a coach for both our Boys and Girls Soccer Programs.  I also work the scoring table for all of the home Boys and Girls Basketball games during the off-season.
