Friday Focus -  ELEVATE students influence Thomas student body
Earlier this week, several ELEVATE students led seminars and instructed Thomas middle school students in the BG’s Human Performance Project.  Topics included best physical training and recovery practices, effects of drugs and alcohol on the brain, and the commitment to team and to teammates.  This was a great learning experience for both parties, and I couldn't be more proud of our student leaders!  #OneBG
